Troubleshoot technical issues and help customers translate business goals into technical reality. Share best practices, document what works, and be the go-to integrations expert. Lead customers through integration processes, from API deep-dives to mapping exercises and testing. Stay on top of product updates and be the bridge between Beamery, partners, and customers.
