Leverage expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems—especially with deep familiarity with HR practices in French-speaking regions. Challenge advanced language models on topics like compliance with labor codes, workplace investigations, onboarding workflows, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and cross-border HR policies—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning. Converse with the model in both English and French on real-world HR scenarios and theoretical questions, verify factual accuracy and logical soundness, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
