About the Role:
- The Product Manager will take true end-to-end ownership of the product, bridging business needs, member feedback, and the development team.
- This is a product owner role, not a task-coordinator role, with room to grow into broader product or operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements through discovery sessions and turn raw input into clear documentation, PRDs, and user stories.
- Manage the development backlog, coordinate with developers, and track milestones across 2-3 feature projects.
- Perform QA testing, log bugs, and confirm releases deliver the right user experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst on digital products.
- Strong skills in writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, plus hands-on QA testing.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex is highly preferred.
