Engineer II

As an engineer, you will spend your day-to-day driving the mitigation and resolution of incidents, as well as handling incident reviews/postmortems. You will improve availability-related processes and tweak, rewrite, and introduce processes that have company-wide impact. The engineer will also have a platform to suggest and drive improvements when it comes to monitoring, alerting, incident resolution, and other processes around the organization. You'll also need to dive into unknown codebases written in languages you’re not familiar with and be comfortable meeting folks where they’re at. This role is quite public, requiring communication with engineers located around the globe and responding to Slack messages frequently through the day.
