About the Job:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across the homeowner journey, from first interaction to funding and beyond.
- Design customer journeys, segmentation strategies, testing roadmaps, and personalization initiatives including reactivation programs.
- Manage day-to-day lifecycle programs, campaign calendars, and optimization efforts.
About You:
- 7+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Email Marketing, CRM, or Retention Marketing with people-management experience.
- Deep hands-on experience in Salesforce and SFMC, with strong email marketing and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Fintech, lending, or regulated industry experience, including designing personalized programs within compliance constraints.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Experience scaling lifecycle marketing in a high-growth startup.
