Key Responsibilities:
- Own lifecycle strategy for high-impact customer initiatives, developing sophisticated customer journeys that drive product adoption and retention.
- Lead lifecycle strategy for new product launches and feature releases, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Develop personalized lifecycle programs that deliver the right message at the right time through email and other touchpoints.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
- Expertise with lifecycle marketing platforms (Braze preferred), customer segmentation, and experimentation.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and drive measurable impact.
