The Team + The Role:

  • The team connects product usage, customer behavior, experimentation, and lifecycle programs to help customers get more value from Pendo.

What this looks like day-to-day:

  • Build, iterate, and optimize the full digital customer journey from onboarding through expansion.
  • Use Pendo's analytics to identify value drivers and drop-off points, then scope and prove your own work.
  • Design and ship cross-channel experiments across in-app guides, email, NPS, and segmentation.

Who You Are:

  • You are a builder who thrives on defining unclear paths and driving solutions forward.
  • You are AI-curious and genuinely rewiring your work around AI tools for speed and impact.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in product growth, lifecycle design, or growth marketing in software.

Must-haves:

  • Experience running lifecycle programs in a product-led SaaS company where end user and buyer differ.
  • Proven track record of moving adoption and retention metrics with clear examples of shipped programs.
  • Strong data fluency and hands-on experimentation experience, plus daily use of AI tools.
