Own the Strategy:

  • Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition follow-up, drop-off recovery, onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back.
  • Set prioritization and sequencing for infrastructure and campaigns based on Flex's current stage.
  • Act as internal expert, briefing RevOps, Sales, CS, and Leadership on lifecycle systems and strategy.

Build the Infrastructure:

  • Own Braze infrastructure: Canvas flows, segmentation, dynamic content, and journey orchestration.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data to design event-based triggers and data architecture for personalized journeys.
  • Design and maintain the Segment-to-Braze data pipeline with clean identity resolution and reliable event tracking.

Shape the Messaging:

  • Draft and own lifecycle copy directly using AI tools, then partner with Product, Legal, and Compliance to approve it.
  • Establish clear ownership boundaries between product-owned and lifecycle-owned touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance and disclosure standards are met in a regulated fintech environment.
