Key responsibilities:

  • Guide new users to their first activation moment through targeted onboarding messaging across in-app, push, and email.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs that convert engaged users into power users and advocates.
  • Partner with Data team to turn behavioral signals into segments and triggers for cross-channel journeys.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth mobile or consumer app.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern CRM platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to read cohort curves, funnel data, and A/B test results fluently.
