Unemployment Hearings Manager

Employer Services:

• Manage the hearing process for a dedicated book of clients.
• Manage a team of hearing coordinators.
• Ensure strategic execution of hearing preparation and representation.

Leadership:

• Foster internal team growth and manage independent contractor relationships.
• Ensure all processes comply with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements while overseeing daily operations to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or experience.
• 5+ years of experience in related environment.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
