Job Description
The Senior Consultant Marketing Manager plays a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through the consultant channel. This role owns the strategy and execution of consultant-facing marketing programs that educate, enable, and activate brokers and consultants to influence employer decision-making and drive adoption of Spring Health’s solutions. Through compelling campaigns and engagement strategies, this manager creates programs that turn consultants into champions of Spring Health—equipping them to understand our value story, advocate for our solutions, and expand our presence across their client networks.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Events, and Growth Marketing, the Senior Consultant Marketing Manager builds scalable programs that increase consultant engagement, generate qualified opportunities, and influence both new and expansion deals. Success is measured by growth in influenced pipeline, consultant awareness and engagement.This is a full-time, remote role reporting to our Partner Marketing Team Lead, with approximately 30% travel required.
