Job Description

The Training Consultant - Practice Management serves as the primary trainer for small and medium complexity practices. This individual helps to facilitate learning for various audiences, applying their expertise to improve the standard of training materials of the organization or client with focus on the improvement of skills, training, delivery of learning curriculum and achievement of business goals. Responsible for delivering all training methods and contributing to training initiatives as assigned by the Senior Training Consultant and/or Manager. This role requires demonstrating competency in ModMed’s EHR, ASC, Practice Management System, Financials, and add-on features. It involves delivering virtual and in-person training to physicians, clinicians, and office staff, escalating issues, completing documentation, and making process improvement recommendations. The consultant also assists with support cases, travels for onsite training, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with the Knowledge Services team to develop training material and user guides. Additionally, they develop content for user conferences and maintain product knowledge through internal training, all while contributing to departmental and corporate goals.
