Responsibilities:
- Partner with Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and source top-tier talent for robotics, AI, and manufacturing positions.
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach and build candidate pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub, tracking and optimizing reply rates and funnel metrics.
- Act as a company ambassador, explaining the mission to rebuild manufacturing with AI-first robotic systems and fostering long-term relationships with passive candidates.
Qualifications:
- Possess 3–6+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in a startup environment, with a focus on quality over volume in outreach.
- Demonstrate strong recruiting hygiene by accurately documenting all activities in the ATS (Ashby) and a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous build-from-scratch setting.
- Show a consistent ability to find and engage hard-to-find technical talent, driven by curiosity and persistence, with experience in tools like JuiceBox or Noon AI being a nice-to-have.
Compensation and Role Impact:
- This full-time remote role offers a base salary range of $100,000–$180,000 USD, plus equity and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
- The position is critical for building the company's foundation, requiring ownership of the top funnel for competitive technical roles in a 0→1 environment focused on real-world robotic production systems.
