About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support brokerage and operational accounting functions.
- This role will support month-end close, intercompany accounting, brokerage revenue activity, and reconciliations.
- Helping improve financial controls and scalability as the company continues expanding into new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid schedules, amortization entries, and reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required and 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Prior real estate brokerage with high-volume transactional accounting experience preferred.
- 5+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required.
