Senior Experience Architect - Partner Design Studio

As a Senior Experience Architect within ServiceNow’s Partner Design Studio, you’ll help partners design, differentiate, and deliver human-centered, AI-powered experiences on the Now Platform. Key responsibilities include leading with an AI-first mindset, guiding partners through the design journey, facilitating collaborative sessions blending design thinking, service design, and AI-enabled research, translating insights into narratives, supporting partners in defining strategies, coaching partners on design thinking and best practices, and collaborating with consultants, architects, and engineers. To be successful, you should have experience leveraging AI, 7+ years in UX strategy or experience architecture, proven experience facilitating workshops, a grasp of AI and automation trends, understanding of SaaS/PaaS, communication skills, and a portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking.
