Vendor Risk Coordinator

Responsible for risk management framework:

• Overseeing vendor onboarding and offboarding activities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Supporting the organization’s overall risk management framework

Vendor management:

• Distribute and collect due diligence questionnaires
• Review vendor responses for security, financial, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of vendor assessments, contracts, and certifications

Compliance and communication:

• Ensure vendors adhere to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX)
• Facilitate remediation plans when risks are identified
• Act as liaison between vendors and internal teams
