Senior Software Engineer (Developer Collaboration)

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. Improving the monorepo developer experience by identifying and fixing key friction points in local development and CI workflows. Streamlining integration workflows by rolling out consistent, scalable improvements to integration and deployment paths. Defining and establishing metrics that track developer collaboration and effectiveness across the platform. Partnering with platform teams to reduce CI latency and improve performance at scale. Enabling smarter collaboration across shared code, including stacked PR support. Surfacing integration issues earlier in the workflow through innovative CI feedback systems. Collaborating with dozens of other teams in the DevX and Infra groups to ensure a cohesive end-to-end experience for every Canvanaut. The Developer Collaboration team is focused on enabling fast, consistent, and reliable development workflows across the entire engineering org.
