Cyber Claims Specialist - Cyber Insurance

Role Overview:

• This fully remote position offers an opportunity to build specialized expertise in cyber insurance claims.
• You will help customers navigate cyber incidents from initial notification through investigation and resolution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a growing portfolio of first-party cyber claims, developing independent handling skills over time.
• Analyze policy coverage, draft coverage letters, and communicate decisions clearly to policyholders and brokers.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and forensic experts to support efficient incident response.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years of experience in claims, insurance, or legal services.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with sound analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and willingness to obtain required adjuster licenses.
