Job Description

Support the Head of Operations and wider team with host approval workflows, particularly for large client accounts. Manage communication with independent and smaller-scale hosts, including the distribution of site survey reports and the collection of installation approvals. Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce, tracking communication, approval status, and key project milestones. Communicate installation timelines and key project dates to relevant stakeholders in a clear, professional manner. Coordinate internally with Sales, Field Operations, and Technical Services to ensure installation readiness.
