About the Role:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused specialist with hands-on GL/AP experience.
  • You will support municipal clients managing fund accounting, vendor payments, and financial reporting using our B2B SaaS platform.
  • You'll be a trusted resource helping users troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline support to customers via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot accounting issues related to fund structure, journal entries, approval workflows, and invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to escalate and track complex issues.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge articles and training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be located in US within CST or EST time zones.
  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in GL/AP operations using cloud-based or enterprise financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first approach.
