Principal Adobe Architect - RTCDP, AEP

Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable AEP solutions, including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and omnichannel activation. Define XDM Individual Profile and XDM Experience Event schemas in AEP; migrate customer profiles from legacy systems to AEP. Optimize AEP implementations for performance, scalability, and governance while ensuring compliance with Adobe’s security model and client privacy requirements. Develop integration strategies between AEP and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and non-Adobe platforms. Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and create end-to-end solution designs. Present solutions, roadmaps, and technical recommendations to senior-level stakeholders. Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client and internal teams on AEP best practices. Serve as a go-to subject matter expert for personalization strategies, customer data management, and marketing technology optimization. Support business development by creating solution proposals, scoping estimates, and demonstrating AEP capabilities. Contribute to packaged offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets that streamline delivery and maximize ROI.
