Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll drive execution across agile teams by translating vision into actionable plans and managing a well-prioritized Jira backlog across multiple value streams. You’ll ensure delivery of high-impact features by balancing competing priorities, aligning cross-functional teams, and applying data-driven decision-making. You’ll also oversee the development of complex, large-scale technical products, ensuring they meet market needs and business goals—especially in the realm of digital tools and automation technologies. They are looking for someone with 3–5 years of product management or related experience in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience in marketing automation and/or digital engagement platforms is a plus as well as fluency in Jira and/or Aha!.
