Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Accounts, you will be responsible for answering and scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with adherence to the highest ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will review EMRs to assist in resolving patient inquiries, conduct insurance verification, and handle a high volume of patient telephone calls. Providing exceptional customer service to patients, documenting calls, and resolving inquiries are essential aspects of the role. Additional duties as assigned by management will also be part of your responsibilities.
