Senior Growth Marketing Manager

This role blends digital marketing expertise with non-programmatic tactics, A/B testing strategies, and experiential marketing tactics to accelerate the TigerData top-of-funnel. You’ll obsess over brand awareness, optimize performance across channels, and push boundaries with high-impact campaigns that combine online precision with real-world experiences. You’ll report to the Demand Marketing Lead and play a key role in shaping how we connect with technical audiences, convert interest into action, and build compounding loops of awareness and demand. You’ll leverage and optimize SEO, AEO, GEO, and digital tactics to drive qualified traffic and engagement. Also, you’ll own Conversion Rate Optimization and Run paid acquisition and native advertising programs to grow traffic and signups. You'll leverage marketing automation and AI tools to execute faster and smarter, and analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights and optimize conversion points. You will continuously optimize creative, messaging, UX, and CTAs based on data.
