The Director, Insurance & Claims plays a critical role in safeguarding Fruitist Holding’s global operations by managing end-to-end insurance programs and overseeing claims lifecycle management. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Risk, this position ensures that the company’s insurance strategy aligns with its risk profile, supports its growth trajectory, and meets stakeholder expectations as Fruitist Holding prepares for public listing. This is a strategic and operational role requiring deep expertise in global insurance placement, claims negotiation, cross-border coordination with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing risk transfer solutions across diverse geographies and exposures, multilingual. Key Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of global insurance programs, leading insurance renewals, managing the full claim’s lifecycle, analyzing claims data, and serving as the primary liaison with brokers and legal counsel.
