Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for budget inquiries, changes, and actuals coordination between Marketing, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
  • Oversee and maintain the integrity of the 2026 Marketing budget through consistent monitoring and data validation.
  • Facilitate the collection and documentation of budget variances and transfer requests to ensure accurate financial tracking.

Operational Support:

  • Assist the Brand Marketing team with expense processing using the Zip system to ensure timely payments.
  • Support quarterly financial true-ups and reforecasting activities in collaboration with Finance and Accounting partners.
  • Provide answers to budget-related questions using existing guides and escalate complex issues as needed.

Project and Collaboration:

  • Handle special projects as directed by the Office of the CMO to support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while maintaining a schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Exhibit flexibility for occasional international meetings to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
