Solar Programs, Project Manager II - Consumer Protection

As part of the DERs team, you will drive customer participation in programs that incentivize distributed and community solar. This role supports the Illinois Shines program as the Program Administrator, assisting people across Illinois in transitioning to solar power. You will evaluate customer complaints, facilitate resolutions with solar companies, and escalate issues when necessary. You will also investigate program violations, make recommendations for disciplinary action, and draft related letters. Manage projects related to consumer protection issues, communicate project progress to management and clients, and understand Program priorities, adjusting workload accordingly.
