Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write GDS scripts, test, debug, document and deploy new and modified code.
- Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate into a functional Statement of Work.
- Receive client inquiries via email or Zendesk, diagnose the issue, develop creative solutions and respond within established timelines.
Skills and expectations:
- Extensive knowledge of Worldspan and Travelport Plus.
- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
