Workday PSA Lead

We're seeking an experienced Workday PSA Lead to join a high-impact implementation team delivering Workday Financials and PSA solutions to a global client. This is a senior-level consulting role where you'll lead solution design, manage delivery, and provide strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is based in the Americas or can work CST hours effectively. You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Workday PSA solutions, act as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor team members, participate in business development, support resource planning, contribute to thought leadership, ensure high-quality project delivery, set performance goals, and oversee resource allocation. Proven expertise in Workday PSA implementations is needed, along with a strong consulting background, excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and a track record of successful delivery in fast-paced environments. Active involvement in the Workday ecosystem and a passion for innovation are essential.
