We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Online Cruise Travel Specialist to assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the cruise industry. You will help clients choose cruise lines, itineraries, cabins, and onboard packages that align with their travel goals. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to determine their cruise preferences, travel dates, and budget Research and recommend cruise lines, destinations, ships, and cabin categories Handle the full booking process, including reservations, upgrades, and special requests Manage changes, cancellations, and post-booking support professionally Communicate cruise policies, documentation requirements, and payment deadlines Stay informed on cruise line offerings, destination updates, and seasonal promotions Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
