Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver workshop style training to Kinaxis customers, partners, and employees on the Maestro product.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions that promote best practices in quality deployments.
• Customize and create new courseware including hands-on labs to support customer specific training needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressive working experience in a training or implementation role for a supply chain software organization.
• Minimum 2 years experience in hands-on implementation of the Maestro solution for large, complex environments.
• Ideally 2 years experience in hands-on training delivery or acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
