Duties:
- Design and implement remote and in-person training programs focused on building TR Canada’s all-hazards Incident Management Team capability.
- Lead the planning and execution of complex training exercises and leadership development events for staff and volunteers.
- Build, mentor, and support IMT and Command and General Staff leaders across Canada.
Experience and Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Disaster Response, Adult Education, Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in training and leadership development; including experience leading teams in dynamic environments, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership position.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, collective training programs.
