  • Design end-to-end leadership development programs.
  • Create engaging content such as facilitator guides and eLearning modules.
  • Ensure materials align with business needs and cultural values.

Project & Program Management:

  • Manage program timelines and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs.

Measurement, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement:

  • Define program goals and success metrics.
  • Support analysis of dashboards.
  • Adapt programs based on key insights.
