About The Team:
- Work on Affirm's Payment Processing Network.
- Build high throughput, high availability systems.
- Work alongside multiple partner teams across Europe and the US.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engineers on your team through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
- Proactively identify project, process, technology or business issues.
- Help develop talent on your team by providing feedback and guidance.
What We Look For:
- Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
- Experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
