Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sourcing, onboarding, and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers.
- Maintain Monzo's single source of truth on bureau data and products, tracking volumes and budgets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Data Protection, Security, and Procurement on supplier onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail across invoices, contracts, and records.
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proactive and self-starting with genuine curiosity about credit-bureau data and lending.
Compensation and Perks:
- Salary range of £43,300 to £58,500 plus performance-based incentive awards.
- £1,000 learning budget each year for books, training, and conferences.
