Finance & Strategy Manager, Corporate (FP&A)

We are looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager focused on FP&A, reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance & Strategy, Corporate Team. This role will support company-wide FP&A efforts and partner with business leaders across all functions—particularly in G&A (e.g., People, Legal)—to drive accountability, headcount planning, and expense management. You’ll own key FP&A cadences and contribute directly to our financial reporting, planning, and corporate consolidation models. The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, and excited to build scalable FP&A processes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves owning monthly and quarterly financial cadences, leading consolidated financial forecasts, and partnering cross-functionally with G&A, GTM, and R&D teams to drive financial accountability. The role also contributes to company-wide planning cycles and translates financial results and KPIs into business insights.
