- Champion the enterprise risk framework and own relationships with external auditors and banks.
IPO Readiness & Public Company Preparation:
- Drive SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit preparedness for SEC reporting.
- Establish accounting policies per US GAAP and manage the global tax structure and compliance.
Technical Accounting & Operations:
- Own revenue accounting processes including ASC 606 and complex contract reviews.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accuracy and scalability.
- Manage global cash positioning, billing, collections, and accounting system implementation.
