Role Impact:
- Help maintain smooth operations across retail and marketplace channels as a contractor, owning the operational and commercial layer of the retail business.
- Report to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing and work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and retail partner teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage retail channels including Target, Walmart, Babylist, and others, handling account management and point-of-contact duties.
- Lead margin negotiations and co-op requests, making independent decisions on retailer terms and escalations.
- Coordinate chargebacks, compliance, fulfillment issues, and maintain pricing sheets and retail forecasts with internal teams.
Professional Profile:
- Bring 5+ years of retail channel management or account management experience, preferably with direct work involving Target, Walmart, or Babylist.
- Operate independently as a relationship-first communicator, comfortable building rapport and advising on retailer negotiations.
- Possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for forecasting and margin analysis.
