What you'll do:
- Run the operating rhythm: weekly priorities, monthly reviews, quarterly planning with clear purpose and follow-through.
- Drive OKR planning and cross-functional programs, managing scope, risks, blockers, and decisions.
- Build AI into core marketing workflows and keep executive visibility on milestones and dependencies.
What we're looking for:
- 6-8+ years in technical program management or marketing operations with ownership of complex programs.
- Hands-on AI fluency and experience building agentic workflows or lightweight internal tools.
- Clear executive communication with ability to influence without authority and drive adoption.
