Regional Director of Maintenance and Life Safety

As a Regional Director of Maintenance and Life Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the maintenance and operations of facilities in your region. The position will work closely with regional leadership, admins, and maintenance directors in their assigned region. You will plan and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. You will also ensure the region is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems. This position is on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
