- This role sits at the intersection of LLM-powered agents, workflow automation, and healthcare operations, owning the core automation platform.
- You'll work hand-in-hand with engineering, operations, and deployment teams to scale automation across healthcare complexities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize ruthlessly across customer requests, platform investments, and new automation opportunities, deciding what to productize.
- Partner with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, and expansion, using automation ROI data to support the narrative.
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years in product management with experience on technical, platform, or workflow-automation products involving legacy system integration.
- Fluency with modern AI/ML systems like LLMs and agents, plus strong analytical skills to answer product questions independently.
