• Drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial agreements (buyer and vendor).
• Handling Software-as-a-Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements and more.
• Demonstrating good business understanding and solid judgement.

• Possessing expertise in the enterprise software space.
• Having a good understanding of global privacy laws.
• Exhibiting excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
