Seeking a hands-on, General Counsel to be our primary legal operator and strategic thought partner as we rapidly scale to own commercial contracting end-to-end, manage outside counsel with rigor, and offer your own point of view on litigation strategy as a VP-level.

The role offers wide breadth, spanning a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, and requires comfort jumping into new challenges and shifting priorities. You’ll work across the intersection of renewable energy, finance, AI, and data, shaping the legal and commercial infrastructure that powers the clean economy.
As an Associate Counsel, you will help Jasper draft, review, and negotiate inbound and outbound commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, channel partner, and other sales and supply agreements. This fully remote role reports to the General Counsel and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
