About the Role:
- Report to the General Counsel and serve as a key legal partner to product and commercial teams.
- Advise on product development and negotiate agreements across health plans, employers, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, and technology licensing agreements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to guide product launches, data use, and member communications.
- Build and maintain legal processes, playbooks, and self-help workflows.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of legal experience with in-house digital health experience.
- Strong AI fluency and experience with privacy, AI/ML, and IP risks.
- JD from accredited U.S. law school and active state bar license.
