Manager, Technical Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical accounting research and documentation under ASC 842, ASC 350, ASC 985-20, equity, debt, and purchase accounting.
• Own balance sheet areas including leases, goodwill, intangibles, equity, debt, and capitalized software.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure proper tracking and capitalization of development activities.

Qualifications:

• CPA required with 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting and industry.
• Strong U.S. GAAP expertise and proven experience preparing technical memos and cash flow reporting.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.
