Manager, Technical Accounting

Accountabilities:

• Lead technical accounting research and documentation across complex U.S. GAAP areas, including leases (ASC 842), revenue and software costs (ASC 985-20), goodwill, debt, equity, and purchase accounting.
• Own key balance sheet accounting areas, ensuring accuracy in leases, intangibles, equity, debt, and internally developed software capitalization.
• Build and maintain a bi-monthly cash forecasting model for senior leadership and coordinate monthly financial reporting packages.

Requirements:

• CPA certification with 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and industry.
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP with demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex accounting guidance.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills.
