Career Support Services Project Manager

As a Career Support Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Developing, maintaining, and executing project deliverables including the PMP,biannual assessments, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, workforce module, etc.
• Implementing a quality management approach to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of every deliverables
• Enforcing compliance with federal data protection requirements; ensure all program data remains MARAD property
• Supervise Program Leads (Career Services, Workforce Development, K-12 Outreach), Outreach Specialists, and administrative personnel.
• Serving as primary liaison to MARAD, USMMA, and State Maritime Academies.
