This role involves leading a high-performing team focused on delivering hybrid development capabilities at scale. The responsibilities include: Owning and evolving the cross-platform architecture, navigation, rendering, offline support, and performance. The role also focuses on uplifting developer experience through better tooling, testing pipelines, observability, and local dev flows. You will be defining technical strategy with engineering, product, and design leaders; Fostering a culture of clarity, craft, and continuous improvement; Building the rituals that support team wellbeing and delivery excellence.
