Vice President of Product & Engineering

We’re hiring a Vice President of Product & Engineering to lead our combined product and engineering functions during a critical phase of company growth. You’ll work across the stack, from infrastructure to UX, and across teams, helping drive alignment, velocity, and quality. This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a fully built machine, it’s for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can navigate ambiguity, and wants to help architect the future of a category-defining platform. Responsibilities include owning the full product lifecycle; driving execution across fast-moving sprints; leading and growing our engineering team; overseeing technical delivery across the stack; and implementing the practices, tools, and architecture needed to move fast without breaking.
