We’re growing our engineering team and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to continue building our customer-facing and internal products. Working as a full-stack engineer at Amper means working in a wide variety of contexts, building large APIs as well as microservices. As a Senior Software Engineer at Amper you'll help us work through new ideas and figure out the best way to implement them.

This role owns Amper’s full go-to-market function, including sales, marketing, and customer success. As a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the charge to grow revenue from $5M to $10M while building the strategy and structure to support our longer-term goals. We are looking for someone who thrives in the early days of hyper-growth and enjoys building from scratch.

This is a senior leadership role that blends strategy and execution, defining what we build, driving how we build it, and ensuring it all scales. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape product strategy, scale our engineering organization, and bring our next-generation AI-native manufacturing product to life. This role benefits from in-person collaboration and we have a preference for candidates located in or near Seattle, San Francisco, or Chicago.
